LITTLE FARM LAB / PRIVACY

Your fieldbook stays yours.

Bookmarks, observations, and tool preferences are stored in this browser using localStorage. Farm notes remain local. The separate business workspace uses Supabase accounts and private tenant records when configured. Passwords are sent only to Supabase Auth. Brand configuration, consent, billing identifiers, job status and generated teaching packs are stored privately; Stripe handles card details and Resend delivers service notices. There is no automatic newsletter enrollment or advertising pixel. Public reference content is read from our Supabase database using a publishable key. This request shares ordinary connection information, but does not transmit your notes or bookmarks. If the request fails, the saved library edition remains available.

The site attempts to load Three.js from jsDelivr for enhanced rendering. That request exposes ordinary network information such as an IP address to the CDN. If it fails, an original local 3D renderer is used. No observation text is sent to that CDN.

Opening external educator and evidence links is your choice and takes you to their sites. A public host may keep ordinary access logs; its configuration must be reviewed before launch.

Submitting a business project brief sends your business name, contact email, audience, goal, requested date and contact consent to our Supabase project for follow-up. This information is not part of the public library. The intake service uses one-way, date-bound network identifiers for request limits; entries older than two days are removed at the next submission. No automatic marketing email or subscription is created. Use the configured deployment support channel for data requests; the public launch checklist requires a working privacy-request route. Hosting providers may retain technical request logs under their own policies.

Farm saves, narration preferences and fieldbook observations are local. Generated narration files are delivered with the app. Choosing device speech uses the browser’s speech service and may depend on browser/vendor settings.

Studio exports, scene images, and fieldbook files are created locally. Do not enter child-identifying, sensitive, confidential, or third-party information that you lack permission to share. Clearing site storage or changing browsers can erase your records.

Use “Export my fieldbook” before switching devices. Clearing your fieldbook removes its notes and bookmarks only. Reset your farm separately in the farm controls. Neither action removes files you have already exported or a business inquiry you have submitted.
